*Is teachable and wants to learn more about plumbing (i.e. May have worked in a plumbing supply house, hardware store, Home Depot, just graduated high school with any part time blue collar work background)
*Wants to learn why plumbing is one of the highest paid trades in America
*Has a strong set of morals
*Has a humble attitude
*Wants their hard work recognized
*Wants more time with their family
*Can pass an FBI background check (Level 2: no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol on the job)
*NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO ON-CALL, NO SALES*
40-45 hrs work week (note: if you work any nights and weekends overtime is paid pay regardless of your current hours as a thank you to you)
No vaccine required
